the ULTIMATE
The Ultimate is Elle’s only all encompassing full planning package. This package is built for those who want to enjoy their wedding planning experience to the fullest, while letting someone else do the heavy lifting! (Or in our scenario; the emailing, the researching, the communicating, the budgeting, the comparing quotes, the booking — etc!!) On average, Elle spends over 500 hours and sends over 500 emails planning each Ultimate package wedding! You may quite literally not have the time or capacity to fit planning a wedding into your lives at this time, and frankly, you may not want too! This package is perfect for clients who live busy lives, work demanding jobs, who may have littles at home, or who just want to enjoy their lives & time without adding in the stress of navigating how to plan a wedding. This package is also great for those who procrastinate or have a hard time staying on track! Throughout this package we work closely together to bring your dream vision to life, you still get to make all the calls — while I streamline the process to make planning your dream wedding as simple and enjoyable as possible!

the CLASSIC
The Classic is Elle’s partial planning package! It’s built for couples who are excited to plan their wedding, but want some professional help along the way, as well as specifically, design support! This package is a combination of the Coordinator and the Designer, which include Elle’s support for both pretty details and your wedding logistics! The ideal personality is someone who is organized and is comfortable booking all their rentals and vendors, & handling all communication with them, but who would appreciate professional support & someone to check in with throughout the whole process! It’s also built for people who may have an idea of what they want, but don’t know how to execute it! We review colour schemes & wedding styles together, determine your ideal vision, which I then help you bring to life! We work through each area of your wedding, making sure everything is cohesive and thought through, including details like florals, candles, signage, ribbon etc! Unlike the Ultimate, I won’t book your florist or design your signage, but I can provide inspo in which you can run with! We work closely to design your perfect wedding floor plan and timeline, ensuring your wedding day will run perfectly from start to finish! And of course since this package includes the full Coordination package, my team and I will be onsite to ensure each detail is set up exactly as we planned!

the COORDINATOR
This package is for you ultra organized couples who have it all planned out, but want a professional coordinator there who has a clear understanding of all of your detailed plans, and will execute the day perfectly from start to finish! There are so many little tasks that each wedding day requires, and it’s time to stop leaving them for the maid of honour (or mom, let’s be honest) to run around to complete! Having a day of coordinator not only ensures you two as a couple will have a stress free day, but that your family and bridal party will too! In order to execute a phenomenal day, we need to be fully aware of all of your wedding details, style preferences, vendors, rental bookings etc, so we meet periodically throughout your planning season to do just that! We’ll meet the first time as soon as you book us, where we’ll introduce you to our online planning platform, which will be a great aid to you as you plan your wedding! Then we like to meet about halfway through the planning process, to see where you are at, if there’s anything we can assist you with, and to help create detailed to do lists for where you need to go from there! Then we meet closer to your wedding day (at least 2 weeks before!) where we ensure ALL your wedding details are organized and ready to be executed! We then send over our in-depth documents (floor plan, timeline, etc) to all of your vendors, introducing ourselves so that any further communication can be made to us directly, so you can enjoy your final two weeks! Then on our highly anticipated wedding day, we are there from start to finish, we are always the first & last vendor team onsite! There is nothing we won’t do to ensure your wedding day goes perfectly — you’ll see us working hard all day, lighting candles, repurposing decor & chairs from ceremony to reception, running to the store to grab more ice/liquor, jumping in to help any of your vendors so they can do what they need to do to ensure their part goes perfectly, ensuring you two as a couple have everything you need, communicating with the MC so they know that dinner is behind or when to go up and make the next announcement, cueing you & all of your bridal party down the aisle, adjusting the lights as the sun sets, ensuring the dessert is set out and the candles are lit, stacking glasses for your champagne tower etc. — we are onsite throughout it all and will always do our best to ensure your wedding is flawless! If there’s one gift you’d like to give to your parents or friends after helping you plan your wedding, its a coordinator so they can enjoy your special day with you.

the DESIGNER
Maybe you already have a wedding planner and/or coordinator, or you are happy to plan the logistics and details independently, but want to hire someone you can trust to bring your wedding vision to life! We pour over inspiration and pinterest together to curate your dream wedding, and then I execute it with you! This package is great if you don’t know what kind of style you want, and you want a professional to help you decide what would work best to compliment you two, your love, your venue, or if you know exactly what you want but you need help bringing all of the creative ideas together elegantly and cohesively! The Designer is commonly booked by clients who have a full all-inclusive wedding venue, but need help on the design side of things. This package includes 20 planning hours, which we can spend doing whatever you would like my help on! This could be helping you build your floral order and determining your style/vision for florals, designing your ceremony backdrop, determining your centrepieces and even sourcing all of the items, designing & completing your wedding signage — the options are endless!! For this package I am not in charge of any logistic details and I am not onsite coordinating throughout your wedding day, apart from up to 5 hours of setting up!
