When you book Barnabas, you receive exclusive use of the entire property for the full wedding weekend. It is a complete destination wedding experience, where your guests can settle in, relax, and truly connect over the course of the weekend.

Our team has years of experience planning on this property and understands the unique rhythms, logistics, and flow of the island. This makes the planning process incredibly smooth from the beginning — from water-taxi coordination and transportation schedules to room assignments, layout planning, vendor communication, timelines, and the overall event experience. Together with Barnabas’s hospitality team, we ensure every weekend unfolds intentionally, beautifully, and with complete support.

This package is $11,000 and includes full weekend support from two Events by Elle team members.

We feel SO LUCKY to have found Elle for our 2024 September wedding. We locked in our contract in May 2023, and worked closely for the next 18 months. Elle and her team showed up to every single meeting with the brightest smile, fully prepared, and ready to make our dream wedding a reality.

She found solutions to what I was told by others was an "impossible wedding" to plan (Outdoor weekend wedding for 200 guests in the Vancouver area within a specified budget). She came to the table with a mentality of "Yes" and worked from there with us. She has a beautiful eye for both theme and details, listens to what her clients want, and is able to run independently with those ideas to flawless execution.

Our wedding had a lot of logistical complexity - including barging all vendors and decor on to a private island, coordinating their travel and stays, as well as shuttle + water taxi guests on and off the island through out the weekend. Although we had general wedding jitters, there was literally nothing we had to worry about in the actual execution of the weekend, and was able to completely focus and enjoy the moment.

She also goes completely above and beyond. We never even talked about it, but Elle had beautifully prepared Friday dinner table settings. She also created the most magical Sunday brunch aesthetic (despite me not paying much attention to this detail) - the guests absolutely adored it and kept commenting on how beautiful it was. After our photography team had flown in from abroad, Elle mentioned she had been nervous about Visa issues but didn't want to stress me out. But just in case - she had backup photographers line up and ready to go. (! what?!? what an angel)

Our other guests (past brides & grooms) frequently mention to me (unprompted) about how fun it was to be around Elle and her team was all weekend and admired their crazy work ethic (pulling 16 hour days, 4 days in a row). And I fully agree - their energy completely radiates into the full end to end process - it was an absolute joy to have done this together!
